About JENN
Jenn discovered yoga during her competitive sports years as a recovery tool, but quickly realized movement had the power to heal far beyond the physical. What began as a way to support her body became a lifelong belief that movement is medicine. Movement is essential for the body, mind, and soul.
With certifications in Yoga RYT-200, Mat Pilates and Sculpt, Certified Functional Strength Coach Level 1 and 2, and NASM CPT, Jenn teaches an intentional, balanced approach to movement that builds strength, mobility, and resilience while also supporting mental clarity and emotional well-being. Her classes are designed to be accessible, adaptable, and empowering, meeting each person exactly where they are.
Jenn’s mission is to help others move with purpose, feel strong and supported, and experience the transformative effects of movement, not just in their bodies, but in their everyday lives.
